BACKGROUND

Unicef has the objective of promoting children's rights, catering for their basic needs and increasing their opportunities, so that they can reach their full potential. In order to achieve it, Unicef depends on voluntary donations.

One of the principal Communications via with their donors is the Unimail, a newsletter that shows the campaigns that Unicef organizes and invites them to make new donations.But it needed to optimize its results.

 

IMPLEMENTATION

We contacted Unicef at the beginnings of 2007, with very clear objectives: team work and results.

 

  • We developed a more modern and cleaner image and settings which led to a clearer navigation.
  • We set fixed schedules, adjusting ourselves to the client's timing and production time, improving the compliance with deadlines until we were able to prevent being ahead or behind time.
  • We implemented a safer e-mailing method, with statistics and reports on time.
  • A micro Website for donors (www.amigodelosninos.org.ar ). With promotion material, history and a customized access for frequent donors.
  • A micro Website for new donors and Boca Juniors Club Fans (www.lamismapasion.org.ar).
  • We’ve launched www.amamantarsalvavidas.org.ar a UNICEF Argentina iniciative to foment the importance of breastfeeding.

We started the year 2009, renewing the commitment and outlining new on-line actions.
