PROVINCIA MICROEMPRESAS

BACKGROUND

Provincia Bank is part of BAPRO GROUP one of most important Banks in Argentina. They provide the financial resources and expertise to help communities achieve their full potential as desirable places for people to live, work and raise families. Provincia Microempresas is a special programme designed to offer lending and investment products that

• Serve low- and moderate-income individuals and small companies
• Improve underserved low- and moderate-income communities
• Create sustainable practices for the long haul

For that purpose, they needed two platforms: a website for clients and an intranet for the sales force

 

 

IMPLEMENTATION

Since the beginning of the project, we provided Provincia Bank with ideas and suggestions to improve contents and technologies. During the development stage, we continue sharing experiences and knowing more about their needs. After that, both sites were completed according to the previous and new goals:

• We launched an information portal for clients with: testimonials, videos, pictures and products descriptions
• We developed an intranet for the sales force with: videos, social events, funny stories, commercial information and scheduled activities

Teamwork and collaboration was the key feature for these projects. At present, we are updating and giving ideas for all the content from both sites.
